Located opposite Weymouth’s famous lifting Town Bridge, and overlooking the Harbour, on the ground floor of the Crown Hotel. Formerly the renowned Vaults Bar & Restaurant, Onyx was created post Covid after a long period of closure in the Vaults. The Crown Hotel and its public bar and restaurant have for many years been a landmark for excellent quality food, ambience and service for the enjoyment of hotel guests and members of the public alike. In Onyx, you will find all of these attributes, in a more luxurious modern yet classic environment with nods to the past and still featuring the original bar dating back to the 1970’s – all beautifully refurbished and in keeping with the historic splendour of the original hotel. We are thrilled we are now able to offer so much more for the enjoyment of our customers, with food served all day, every day and including:
